Iosif Popa has been working with the Romanian telecoms’ regulator (ANCOM) since its inception, where he gradually evolved and was given challenging tasks and several large scale projects in economic regulation, costing & pricing of regulated products, spectrum beauty contests and auctions. As head of Strategy and Statistics with ANCOM since 2017, he contributed to the recent strategic planning for 5G in Romania.
Iosif doesn’t practice too many sports lately, but he loves to ski. He likes classical music, old movies and is also fond of tribal African art.
