Managing Board

Olga Kyryliuk

Olga is an internationally recognized expert in digital governance, internet freedom, and international law. With over 13 years of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and human rights, she has shaped digital strategies and legal frameworks in over 50 countries. For three years, Olga headed the global digital rights portfolio at Internews for the world’s largest internet freedom program and continues to advise international tech companies on policy and compliance. She is also Ukraine’s country expert for Freedom House’s Freedom on the Net report. Her previous experience includes leading a regional internet freedom program at the American Bar Association and consulting the Council of Europe on several projects. Olga has contributed to global digital policy processes through roles with the UN IGF Multistakeholder Advisory Group, Freedom Online Coalition Advisory Network, and ICANN’s NCUC Executive Committee.

Bogdan Banjac

Bogdan is Graduate Lawyer and MA in Human Rights and Democratization. He is currently an Advisor at the Office of the Commissioner for Protection of Equality of Serbia. He is also the moderator of EQUINET’s (European Network of Equality Bodies) Working Group for Research and Data Collection and R&D Officer at the Artificial Intelligence 4 Development Agency. His interests include international human rights law, social impact of modern technology, artificial intelligence and digital rights. 

Dušan Stojićević

Dušan was a long-time editor-in-chief of the magazine “Svet komputera”, member and president of the RNIDS Board, chairman of the Cyrillic Generation Panel at ICANN, member of the Executive Board of SEEDIG and the Program Board of RIPE SEE. He also held the position of vice president of the Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG), and now he is the vice president of the RNIDS Board of Directors and marketing director for Eastern Europe in Gransy. The focus of his activities is on IDN domains and the issue of universal acceptance of all languages ​​and scripts on the Internet.

The SEEDIG Association was formally established in May 2024 in Belgrade, Serbia, as the institutional framework supporting the South Eastern European Dialogue on Internet Governance (SEEDIG). Its founding statute, which outlines the Association’s mission, governance structure, and operational principles, is publicly available: SEEDIG Statute. In line with its commitment to transparency and accountability, the Association ensures that its financial reports are publicly accessible through the Serbian Business Registers Agency (apr.gov.rs). The Association’s current account is maintained with Raiffeisen Bank, providing a stable financial infrastructure for its activities.
