Mihail Cazacu is the Cabinet Director of the State Secretary Coordinating the IT for the Romanian Government. He has 25 years of experience in IT and management consulting.  Since 2016 he is involved in the digitization of the Romanian central public administration, in supporting the entrepreneurship in the IT&C sector through public and EU funding and in supporting the education programs for digital skills both for children and adults.

He also serves as technical delegate for WorldSkills Romania.
