Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) | Global Stakeholder Engagement Manager, Eastern Europe and Central Asia

Natalia works with ICANN as Global Stakeholder Engagement Manager Eastern Europe and Central Asia from December 2018.

Most recently, she worked with the Radio Research and Development Institute in Moscow, specialising in Internet-related public-policy issues and international cooperation. Previously, she worked with the National Communications Administration of Moldova, followed by the Regional Commonwealth in the field of Communications for the CIS countries.

Natalia has experience in international cooperation, engagement activities with government representatives and other stakeholders, research and multilateral negotiations related to policy aspects of Internet governance. She holds Master degree in computer science with the Moldova
State University.
